The 2007 National Final will be held at the Novotel Hotel, Brisbane, on the 30th of March at 10am.
The IET SP-PAW is primarily a presentation skills competition. However, the topic should be relevant to IET endeavours and the speaker should target the presentation appropriately.
Designing the latest gadgets and widgets is one thing; convincing people of their successful operation and commercial merit is another. The SP-PAW is a way for final year students enrolled in Engineering and Technology courses to test their skills in this area - in front of both peers and industry professionals. National and international travel await the next wave of entrepreneurs as well as some cold hard cash!
